2 DAY TEAM TACTICS

You can attend alone & be partnered with another student even though this class is geared towards couples, law enforcement/military partners or friends that conceal carry together.  Day one will be spent on the range learning to shoot, move & communicate as part of a 2 man team.  Day 2 will thrust these 2 man teams in to force on force scenarios using simunitions & UTM weapons & conversion kits, pitting you against living, breathing, thinking oponents - testing your ability to shoot, move & communicate as a team under real world circumstances.

Physical requirements: For all tactical classes, students must be able to run short distances & be capable of standing for long periods.

DAY 1 REQUIREMENTS

• Serviceable semi-automatic pistol of at least 9mm caliber

• Sturdy holster (NO crossdraw, shoulder, ankle or Blackhawk Serpa holsters - I WILL ALLOW SERPA HOLSTERS ONLY IF YOU ARE AN ARMED PROFESSIONAL & IT IS YOUR ISSUED DUTY HOLSTER)

• Minimum one double magazine pouch/Ability to carry minimum of two magazines

• Minimum of three serviceable magazines (5 is better)

• 450 rounds of ammunition

• 10 dummy rounds

• Suitable range wear depending on the season

• A positive attitude

• Weapons lube

• Concealment garment

• Wrap around eye protection & ear protection (electronic preferred)

• Sunblock

• Baseball style hat

• Lip balm

• Water

• Lunch / Snacks

DAY 2 REQUIREMENTS

The price will include the loan of your choice of either a Glock 17T Gen 4 Simunitions pistol, a Glock 23 gen 3 converted for simunitions or a Sig Sauer P226 Simunition Pistol. We also have 1 conversion kit for the M9 Beretta.  All simunition ammunition, magazines, holsters, mag pouches & protective gear (minus gloves) will be provided as part of the cost of the course. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING GLOVES THAT PROVIDE THE CORRECT BALANCE OF PROTECTION AND ABILITY TO DRAW AND SHOOT A PISTOL
